When you’ve got a dedicated server, 24–7–365 monitoring is a must. You need to know if all the processes are working normally and whether there’s any problem with any of them. Yet, it’s an incredibly tough and time–consuming process. That is why we suggest that we handle this task on your behalf. Our Managed Services solution offers a unique monitoring device, which will keep constant track of each of the services running on your server to determine if everything is OK. If there’s ever any problem, it will automatically notify our sysadmins.
Keeping a backup of your web site is problematic if you have to do it yourself. You’ll need to find a place for your backups – if possible on a different machine; you will have to make backups; you will have to check if everything is working. We offer a simple alternative. Our Managed Services package gives you 50 GB of disk space on one of our secure backup servers. And we can help you with the backups. And since all the servers belong to the same network, the backups will be created as quickly as possible.
